Rakkan Ramen - Coppell

Food: Good place for some ramen, and the restaurant is located in a nice area. Service: 5 we had the most wonderful interaction with Yoshie, who had great recommendations and genuine care! She was very attentive, most welcoming, and overall just a wonderful person to come across. Atmosphere: nicely decorated with comfortable seating. The restaurant has a beautiful view of the lake.

Rakkan Ramen in Coppell was a great experience, especially for a family meal. The kids ramen was perfect—simple, flavorful, and just the right portion, which made it an easy win for younger eaters. I ordered the large pork bowl, and it was super satisfying. The pork was tender and well-seasoned, paired nicely with the rice and toppings. Definitely filling and full of flavor. The garlic miso ramen was the standout for me—rich, savory, and packed with umami without feeling too heavy. You can really taste the depth of the broth, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. What really made the visit even better was the manager, who was extremely friendly and accommodating, making sure we were taken care of and comfortable throughout the meal. Clean restaurant, quick service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality ramen in the Coppell area.

Great spot to get Ramen and enjoy the view. This Ramen shop serves vegetable broth only. Though delicious, Ramen eaters will taste the difference. The vegetable broth is lighter and less heartier then beef broth. I ordered their limited time Ramen dish called Texas Ramen. It came with four pieces of chasu. Broth was flavorful and the meat was portioned well. I also ordered the fried pork gyoza. It was tasty. Atmosphere is cozy and calming. Service was fantastic. I recommend this restaurant not only for Ramen lovers, but to those who want to try something a little different. I also recommend this restaurant for vegetarians and vegans.

We ordered the spicy miso ramen, shrimp pasta, chicken, pork bun, and a sushi roll (name escapes me). Each dish was flavorful and well-prepared, making the slightly higher price worthwhile. The location is convenient, service was attentive, and the ambience warm and inviting. Overall a great dining experience.

The food is excellent! I came here twice,and it was amazing. The broccoli on top of the quartz ramen is so creamy and oily. And on top of that the karage ( crispy chicken ) is nice and crunchy, and comes with sauce that is a mystery to my tongue, but it does add flavor! The ramen was amazing and had me coming back, the noodles were just right and the soup was excellent. I ordered but the server did forget one of my orders and didn’t really tell me what they were giving me or what it came with. The atmosphere was great! There was nothing off about it and just seemed like an ordinary ramen shop. I definitely will be coming back, again for more bowls of ramen. And I would love to try some of their sushi!

I absolutely love Rakkan Ramen to the core it’s my favorite ramen place and it never disappoints. I always order the vegan creamy spicy Quartz ramen, and it is so good every single time. The fries are also amazing. I took my husband here recently, and now he’s in love with this place tooHuge thanks to my friend Maanashi for introducing me to this gem.
